Terms and Conditions of Booking.
COPYRIGHT AND REPRODUCTION
THE 2 MARKS PHOTOGRAPHY solely own all images at all times, and no images can be copied, scanned or reproduced in any form without our prior consent. The Client is not permitted to change or add to an appearance by any means or reproduce a picture in whole or in part with another image unless permission is obtained and adhered to by us. To copy an image for personal use but (not commercial or business use) is granted to the Client by THE 2 MARKS PHOTOGRAPHY only when digital images and services supplied have been purchased and paid for in full by the Client.
THE 2 MARKS Photography
Reserves the right to use any Client’s images for advertising purposes on social media or display. The Client will always be asked whether photos can be shared on social media or business sites during our initial meeting. If the Client declines for images to be used/shared on social media sites, of course, THE 2 MARKS PHOTOGRAPHY (will honour the Client’s privacy wishes.)
We will not be held responsible for any data losses due to manufacturers’ hardware or systems failure. We only use the best industry-standard tested memory cards and USB devices, it is rare, but capture cards fail, which is beyond our control and a risk you should be aware of.
PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of your booking/event will be required. This will secure your Booking with us and be deducted from the total of the agreed final price. Your Booking is not confirmed until we have received your deposit.
Payment in full of the remaining balance will be due (two weeks before your event date) For magic Mirror or Photo Booth Hire there is the possibility to pay the balance on the night. If, however, you request any extension on the night and this is agreed there will be a premium charge for this service higher than if pre-booked.
CANCELLATIONS
If a Client cancels a booking within 60 days of the agreed booking/event date, they shall be liable to pay a 100% Cancellation Charge. Suppose, for any reason, and the Client fails to notify us of any cancellation of their Booking. In that case, THE 2 MARKS PHOTOGRAPHY can only assume that the Booking is still intended to go ahead, and failure to notify us within this time scale will result in 100% payment still outstanding.
